An established financial service group is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join their team. The business is a market leader within their space with a rich heritage and substantial growth within the last five years; a real competitor in the market.

This is an amazing opportunity to head and work within a specialist team in a reputable company.

Your role will involve analysis and presentation of financial records to the Board and shareholders and analysis of forecasts and budgets.

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

• Taking lead for transformation projects to direct strategy of company
• Ownership of performance management of the company
• Planning to give senior leadership analytical tools to assess finances
• Coordinating the capital spending review
• Involvement in analysing trends and implications on financial performance
• Developing processes to allow analytical reviews of the company

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with experience in a similar FPA function. They are open on background but financial services experience is beneficial.

Remuneration is in the region of £75,000 - £80,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
