This is to help with the assist of the recruitment process for a Senior Global Billing and Collections Manager, to join the company on a permanent basis. Salary for this position is paying £60,000 including a 10% annual bonus and other great benefits.

The Role:

This Senior Global Billing and Collections Manager will be looking after a team of 25 members of staff, directly and indirectly. You will be tasked to lead, motivate and develop this fantastic team to achieve success moving forward. You will be tasked with the strategic direction for Accounts Receivable function, streamline new process to become more efficient as the team progresses. The successful candidate will see themselves as the main point of contact for the senior leadership team and stakeholders in the business, reporting on a monthly, quarterly basis.

The Profile:

The ideal person for this role would be a CICM qualified with 6-10 years experience within a transactional manager role, having managed teams on large scales. Also, our client are looking for someone who has experience working internationally, plus someone who has a proven track record of driving success in a transactional team, outlining success at interview stage.
