Marks Sattin is working with a business based in Harrogate who are looking to recruit for a Group Internal Auditor. Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, you will be playing a key role in delivering the audit plan, delivering sound commercial acumen.

Working across all 6 operating divisions, you will be:-

• Carry out independent reviews of the group and divisional activities, testing internal controls and managing risk in all areas.
• Working in a small audit team, you will undertake a wide and varied range of activities which would typically include carrying out audit assignments, creating reports and action plans in agreement with the Management teams.
• Expected to provide recommendations to improve internal processes and controls and demonstrate the value of these changes to the business.

You will be qualified (IIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have the ability to implement effective controls across the UK and overseas businesses. The opportunity to travel in the role is available covering ASIA and further afield.
