Start your job searchMarks Sattin is working with a Financial Services client who is looking at recruiting a Senior Internal Audit Manager working in a part time basis. Working, ideally 3 days a week, you will be responsible for establishing and maintain a methodology & quality assurance process.
Taking the lead to ensure the business implements continuous improvement across the ways of working as well as ensuring a best in class attitude, this is a great role for someone who needs a flexible working pattern.
In the role you will be accountable for:
- Develop and maintain best-in-class (efficiency and effectiveness) internal audit methodology.
- Formulate, communicate, calculate and report on an ongoing basis an agreed set of metrics to support continuous internal audit process improvement.
- Provide technical expertise for methodology and quality assurance initiatives
- Maintenance of the Group-wide risk-based Internal Audit Plan.
- Perform ad hoc projects as requested by the Head of Internal Audit
You will have some good exposure and knowledge of financial services and have the capability to deliver change and promote best practice.
