A well-recognised, national brand who have established themselves in homes across the UK, are now recruiting for an Internal Audit specialist.

With a high focus on employee development and training, you will have the responsibility for delivering risk based audits across the business. This is a great role for someone who is able to bring an operational focus to the audit plan and is comfortable working in an autonomous environment.
In the role you will:

• Be responsible for delivering risk based audit reviews
• Discuss and agree with management, audit findings and suggested solutions.
• Scope the audit plan using a risk based approach using the methodology and approach remains appropriate to the changing risk.
• Take responsibility for your own portfolio of work and ensure meaningful input in to the audit plan.

Ideally you will be fully qualified (IIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have previous experience of delivering risk based audits. You will have an engaging personality and have the ability to challenge senior management as well as educate around key risks on the horizon.
