Working closely with the Head of IT audit, you will play a key role i the delivery of technical audits across the business, ensuring IT risk is effectively managed. You will delivering around 5 audits a year, ensuring that the risk management framework across IT is fit for purpose and in line with the companies risk appetite.

Marks Sattin is currently working with one of the most engaging digital businesses based in Leeds to support with the recruitment for a Senior IT Audit Manager.

Within the role you will:

• Planning, preparation and completion of the IT audit plan
• Support the Head of IT Audit in leading a team of auditors in the delivery of audits across the business communicating and reporting audit findings to management
• Ensuring effective business changes are introduced as a result of audit findings.
• Supporting submissions to the audit committee and addressing their queries.
• Working as a partner to the business in identifying significant process and structure improvements to assist the business in meeting its corporate objectives

To be considered for the role, you will have a professional qualification (CISA, CISM, CISSP) and have experience working in IT security or IT audit position. Working across multiple divisions internally, you will be able to effectively communicate difficult and complex information. An understanding or awareness of COBIT ISO 270001, PCI DSS and ITIL would advantageous.
