A Fantastic opportunity has a risen with a global travel company based in Kingston. The successful candidate will be working in the accounts payable department working through a backlog of unresolved queries on creditors ledger.

Key Responsibilities

• Working through unmatched ledgers and investigate unmatched payments

• Liaising with other teams such as bank rec team and accounts payable to pinpoint correct reconciliations.

• Formulate and maintain a clear tracking to communicate matching processes to senior managers on a weekly basis

• Highlight and blockers to progress and suggest solutions

Key Skills

• Good Excel skills (pivot tables/ V-lookups)

• Good knowledge of double entries

• Ledger and bank reconciliations experience essential

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Exposure to high volume of batching invoices a positive
