Senior Management Accountant

£50,000 - £60,000 | Bonus

Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a software business based in Slough to appoint a Senior Management Accountant, reporting directly into the Financial Controller. This is role will be managing a team of management accountants whilst supporting the business and senior stakeholders to provide accurate financial analysis and information.

This role will suits a high potential qualified accountant who is seeking their first step into management whilst working closely with the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities;

• Leading a team overseeing performance, accuracy, training and development.
• Producing monthly financial information through timely closing of books and performing month-end actions.
• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for divisional entities.
• Analysis of financial results and information with the Senior Management Team and CFO.
• Monthly review of actuals versus forecast and budget.
• Managing process of Software Revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS.
• Supporting provision of consolidated group reporting to the board.
• Ad hoc project work and analysis, as required by the business

Profile;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA or ACCA)
• Strong systems and Excel skills
• Proven track record of value led projects
