An established UK and International retailer is looking for a new Management Accountant to join their team.

There is an opportunity to grow within this role quickly to a senior member of the team as you grow the team beneath you. The company is a recognisable brand and they have a large international presence where you can gain a lot of responsibility.

Reporting to the Group Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Indirectly managing 2 assistants you will look after the monthly management accounts
• Full P&L, balance sheets and reconciliations. Commentary at all levels of stakeholders.
• Business partnering with multiple teams
• Business reviews for the key stakeholders
• Ownership of the annual budgets
• Implementation of systems
• Ad hoc project responsibilities

Requirements:

• Newly Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
• Multi-site experience
• Retail is advantageous
