A global consumer business with products stocked in pretty much all supermarkets around the world has an exciting role for someone support a mission critical project. Working in a hugely dynamic group you will be directly involved in the payroll for thousands of employees.
Enjoyable parts of the role:
- Processing of UK payrolls for all employees
- Handling of monthly equity transactions, ensuring correct tax treatment
- Monthly preparation of all payroll compliance and control documents
- Business partnering
- Support of global process and functions
- Project work - I can't say too much but it is exciting!
The right candidate will need to have extensive experience in payroll, with 6-9 years being ideal. Experience dealing with high volume payrolls is a must, whilst holding payroll qualifications would be hugely beneficial as would having knowledge of global mobility processes. Excellent computer skills are also key, particularly excel and outlook.
On a personal level, you should be confident and able to deal with demanding and challenging situations, organised, timely with delivery and able to work individually and as part of team.
