Brand new opportunity for an 'best in class' Senior Supply Chain Manager to join this highy reputed and diverse business.
Working as part of a leadership team, and for the Head of Supply Chain in this truly 'fast moving' business which is keen to drive a world class and 'best in practice' business operation. You'll be looking for your next challenge in the world of Supply Chain, and will probably have a strong background in retail, manufacturing or FMCG where you've led a team through significant change and re-educated team members on expectations in terms of delivery and long term aims of a business.
From Day 1, you'll be immersing yourself and learning current ways of working, activities, efficiencies and will have a fanastic eye for spotting areas for improvement, and will be keen to utilise your commercial/fiancial acument to this end. You'll also have some great examples of where you have looked at, and improved internal systems relating to suply and demand planning.
You'll be exceptional line management, and will be able to manage local and more further afield teams including looking at their personal and professional development, increasing levels of delivery.
Working in close conjuction with key stakeholders across Finance and Sales, you'll be absolutely responsible for driving all of the below:
- Forecasting data
- Managing UK/overseas supplier relationships
- Planning all movement of goods in this fast moving manufacturing envrionment
