A leading Property Investment company are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their West London offices. The position is expected to be between 6-12 months, however their is potential for permanancy for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Preparing management accounts, including budgets against forecasted expectations
• Preparing statutory accounts in compliance with FRS 102
• Liaising with non-financial operations across the business
• Assisting with the improvement of reporting procedures and system efficiencies
• Ad hoc project work

Desirable skills

• Previous property experience is an essential requirement
• ACA/ACCA accounting degree or an equivalent qualification
• A working knowledge of FRS102
