I'm working with a rapidly expanding credit management company that are on the look-out for an ambitious individual to further their career as Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk.
The Company
The company is a professional services organisation and one of Europe most respected credit management companies, with offices based in South Leeds.
The Job
You will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger, making sure that invoices are processed in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy, and that suppliers are paid correctly and on time. Furthermore, you will be expected to reconcile the accounts against the supplier/bank statements and resolve any finance queries relating to accounts payable. You will also be relied upon to assist with other ad hoc finance duties.
You
Ideally you need 1-2 years end to end purchase ledger experience working in an accounts payables within a medium/large sized business. Whilst not essential, any experience with cashbook duties would be highly advantageous to your application.
