You will manage and co-ordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements across several jurisdictions and act as the main point of contact for the external audit process whilst providing technical assistance to the wider Finance team.

Additionally to this you will be a point of contact for all technical accounting during transactions, mergers and acquisitions or disposals and will participate in special projects as they arise.

The successful candidate will be technically very strong with previous exposure to IFRS, US/UK GAAP and be able to demonstrate the ability to work through complex issues through previous experience whether in an audit firm or in-house finance team.
