Start your job searchOutstanding Opportunity > Service Analyst / Business Systems Analyst - Leading large, complex, global business requires solid & experienced Service Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to work on significant global programme to support the effective implementation of business & technology change
- Experience of working as technical Service Analyst, technical Service Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Consultant, Business Systems Engineer (or similar) for purpose of designing systems & recognizing opportunities for change to improve the overall service
- You will technical understanding & able to write run books outlining how to manage & maintain systems
- Assist in production & completion of reviews to identify gaps in service architecture working with internal IT stakeholders to identify recommendations to improve the service.
- Service Analyst / Business Systems Analysts support the effective implementation of business & technology change supporting development of business requirements, conducting required analysis, & actively ensuring business units are fully prepared to receive any change to technology or business process.
- Essential to have experience of run books, play books, technical guides, system user guides, technical user guides or similar
- ITIL qualification desirable
- Significant experience as a Service Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Service Transition Analyst, Service Change Analyst, Systems Change Analyst, Service Consultant, Business Systems Consultant, Service Transition Consultant, Service Change Consultant, Systems Change Consultant, IT Service Engineer, Business Systems Engineer, Service Transition Engineer, Service Change Engineer, Systems Change Engineer
