Start your job searchOur client, a instantly recognisable household name in manufacturing and retail are currently recruiting for a Site Accountant/Finance Business Partner who will be pivotal to the finance team. You will be keen to develop your business partnering skills in order to provide insightful financial support, guidance and controls in key areas of performance, reporting and decision support to the Supply Chain function.
Key deliverables:
- Ensure all reporting packs are completed in full, to timetables, to a high standard
- Identify key drivers of performance and produce appropriate commentary
- Drive business performance and deliver the results to the site and other teams
- Perform post implementation reviews for key projects
- Can use all reporting tools to a high level
- Deliver period end within prescribed timescales to required standard
- Balance Sheets should be fully understood, explained and reconciled in line with the reporting cycle
- Accurate budgeting and forecasting
- New product costing and reviewing/setting annual product costs
- Analyse profit improvement initiatives to ensure they are accurate and net of costs
The successful candidate:
- Will either be CIMA or ACCA qualified or nearing qualified
- Previous operational finance experience is an advantage
- Ability to influence and manage key stakeholders
