Site Finance Manager required for an FMCG business based in Malton North Yorkshire. This is a permanent full time potion that is expected to ensure the correct reporting and analysis is in place to support the commercial and operational objectives of the business. As well as providing high level analysis the Site Finance Manager will also assist in the preparation of the management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, production of year end accounts and working in partnership with operational heads. Key responsibilities will include:

KPI and site performance analysis

Costing

P&L and Balance Sheet reporting

Monthly BS reconciliation and analysis

Take ownership on the ERP systems and aid the development and testing of this

Management of the supply chain

Stock and labour Analysis

This is a hands on and varied role with a good degree of exposure bridging the relation between operations, finance and group. This is NOT a sit behind the desk accounting role but more a change hungry and exciting role that will partner with the senior leadership team.
