My client provides a full suite of outsourced administration services for the funds, finance vehicles and investment structures of Investment managers, financial institutions, high net worth individuals and Multinational Corporations.

They are currently seeking a qualified accountant to join their growing finance team in Dublin to take part in the set up of structured finance entities aswell as the implementation procedures and processes to ensure that regulatory requirements are addressed.

Some of the responsibilities include;

• Preparing VAT and PAYE returns to the Irish Revenue.
• Taking care of the day to day operations of the clients and following up with third parties, including investors, clients, auditors and tax advisors.
• Reviewing financial statements, management accounts and co ordinating the audits.
• Extensive experience in IFRS is preferable.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will hold a degee in Accounting / Finance / Economics. You also will have 2-3 yeas relevant experience in the fields of accounting, domicilation or audit within the Financial Services industry. Experience with IFRS and Financial Reporting is preferable but not essential.
