A blue-chip, global media brand in Central London is looking for an experienced commercial accountant to join the team as a Strategic Planning Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity to 'step away' from day to day finance into a more strategic position. Given the nature of the business, it is essential that you have experience in a media agency/media owner, preferably digital media, to apply. You will be responsible for ad sales performance, planning and reporting to support sales teams and maintaining underlying sales data. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding skills and have a strong desire to develop their role within an International company with global scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales reporting and communication of sales performance to Senior Management
• Working directly with sales teams across international markets to quantify performances relative to budgets and trends.
• Ownership of revenue database to ensure accuracy, high reporting standards, and technical support coordination.
• Management of digital advertising revenue across multiple websites.
• Production of ad-hoc management reports - ensuring that forward looking trends are able to be identified by the business.
• Review of reporting and analysis.

Key Skills:

• ACA or CIMA Qualified.
• 5+ years of relevant experience at a media agency/media owner - with a strong preference for a digital media agency/digital media owner.
• Excellent data analysis with strong presentation skills and written and verbal communication ability.
• Familiarity with reporting systems.
• Ability to control multiple projects effectively.
• Business partnering experience preferable.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
