Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining records for a portfolio of aircraft leasing and securitisation transactions.
• Monitoring the obligations of all parties under the transaction documents on an ongoing basis.
• Preparing audit files for submission to the auditors and dealing with any queries that may arise during the courseof the audit.
• Preparing statutory financial statements.
• Dealing with tax advisors in relation to the annual tax return and other required tax returns.

Requirements:

• Experience in the preparation of management accounts, related annual statutory financial statements and dealing with queries from auditors.
• Qualified/ Part Qual Accountant
• Willingness to adapt, a flexible approach and a desire to take on extra responsibility and workload.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant accounting standards.
• Interest in the aircraft leasing and structured finance industry.
