Marks Sattin UK are working in partnership with a high growth business in North Birmingham who are looking for an assured, well-rounded and creative Systems Accountant.

This is a new role following some recent growth and further plans to expand.

The role would ideally suit someone who has recently qualified as an Accountant with a background in management accounting, financial systems, improving processes and controls. You will report directly to the CFO and lead on all upgrades/developments as well as process improvements. You will work closely with the finance function to understand their requirements and then roll out any changes along with training the wider team.

Requirements:

• Finalist or Recently Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Strong finance and systems background - you must be able demonstrate previous experience in improving systems and processes
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication skills and be capable of promoting growth and change in a fast paced environment
