Systems and Data Analyst

A global real estate investment company is currently looking to hire a Systems and Data Analyst to be based in prestigious central London offices.

Joining the Digital Operations team, the main remit of the role will be to support the wider business as it seeks to embrace technology as a business enabler, and moves towards the standardisation, automation, and digitisation of information and processes within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the accuracy of system data based on acceptable deviation definitions
  • Documenting and owning data sources and definitions as it applies to integrated systems
  • Becoming the subject matter expert for the existing systems stack
    • Including but not limited to; Yardi (SaaS), Argus Enterprise (Local App), VTS (SaaS)
  • Owning key standard reports and developing new reports for the business
  • Gathering information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Serving as a liaison between product vendors and internal users

Skills Required

  • Educated to Degree Level in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Experience of working on data migration projects and with data warehousing
  • Systems monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, Ruby, C++, PHP, etc) or web frameworks would be a plus
