Start your job searchIf you have experience of Direct Tax this could be the next role for you. The reason the salary is so varied is because the client is open to different levels of experience as they know how hard it is to find good people with this skillset.
Direct tax
- Responsible for preparing R&D tax credit claims.
- Responsible for collating data for preparation of corporate tax returns for UK group companies.
- Collating corporate tax accounting and tax payment data for all Group companies.
- Work with the Finance Team to prepare analyses required for claiming Patent Box tax incentives.
- Preparation of tax reporting.
- Assisting with tax forecasting.
- Preparation of UK Schedule 12 deduction for share options, and equivalent in US and Japan.
- Monitoring tax compliance for smaller overseas entities. Keeping track of payment and filing deadlines.
- Assisting with direct tax projects as required.
Working from home 2 days a week with flexible working. I'd recommend being in the office on a Thursday as they have Beer, Wine & Pizza night.
Process will be 2 stage interview, 1st stage would be a informal call with the line manager to understand a bit about you and what level you would be good at.
