Responsibilities

• Year end / Reporting; tax elements included - nice to have tax exposure but general strong reporting skillset fine
• Prepare tax accounting / reporting elements for consolidated Group; tax disclosures; IFRS
• Tax input, returns, payments, calculations etc.
• M&A tax work - due diligence for opportunities; analysis of structuring, research etc. Training provided

Requirements

• Fully qualified - (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or CTA)
• 0-1 years post-qualified experience within Finance or Tax remit; either in practice or in a listed company
• Experience / exposure to financial audit / reporting (IFRS - required)
• Any exposure to tax nice to have but not required (e.g. tax reporting / compliance / advisory)
• French fluency (business fluent) desirable but not required
