Reporting into the EMEA Tax Manager this role will be responsible for researching tax issues for key stakeholders and provide advice in relation to financing structures to the Corporate Group as well as hold responsibility for advice on transactions/projects within both the Irish and non-Irish corporate entities.
You will assist with M&A activity and any related restructuring and be the key point of contact for all financial controllers within Irish trading entities and Corporate Group entities. You will also gain exposure to other EMEA jurisdictions across ad hoc projects such as tax planning or tax strategy.
Ideally you will be at least AITI qualified, however if you hold an additional accounting qualification then that will be an advantage. You will also need to have Irish corporate tax experience with additional knowledge of European jurisdictions being an advantage.
