Due to growth, we are seeking an entry level Administrator to assist with all administrative tasks that ensure the smooth day to day running of Marks Sattin. The role will support the London Consultants and divisions with any ad hoc CV formatting or candidate related administrative requests. You will also support the Compliance Officers and wider Sales Support team where required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Consultants around CV re-formatting and typing up of Candidate information - Attention to detail is absolutely key to enable Consultants to send CVs to roles as quickly as possible.
  • Preparing and sending daily reports to relevant Sales and Management teams
  • Responding to all queries ensuring any ad hoc email queries are dealt with and passed onto the relevant internal contact.
  • Involvement in other administrative, PA/EA, office management and marketing related tasks when required. In the past this has included assisting with company reviews and offsites and other similar events.

Ideal candidate:

  • Educated to at least A-level
  • Ideally Immediately Available
  • Previous experience in an office environment is desirable
  • Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, upbeat and friendly attitude; happy to roll your sleeves up and take on additional tasks or responsibilities when required.

We will be able to provide a hand over period where our current Team Administrator will be able to train you up to speed and cover all relevant requirements. You will be joining and excellent team who offer several perks and benefits and an excellent work life balance.
