Fantastic opening for a Technical Support Analyst / 3^rd Line Support Analyst / Support Analyst for a well-established IT Services provider based in London. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about IT, is motivated both by aiding and supporting team members with the aim to progress themselves in a new organisation and to deepen their knowledge within and software tools and vendors.

This is a really exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the technology team at this expanding organisation. You will be responsible for both 2^nd and 3^rd line requests, be passionate about problem solving and have experience with fixing bugs and using programming languages.

Expertise and Responsibilities:

-) Technical Support Analyst / 3^rd Line Support Analyst / Support Analyst

-) Experience working within a technical support role

-) Background of using SaaS

-) Strong experience in working with bug fixing and 3^rd line support

-) Experience within HTML and Javascript is nice to have

-) Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) is good to have

-) Evidence of a background in SQL and working with databases

-) Problem solver and able to work with large sets of data in a concise manner
