Marks Sattin are currently working with a large FMCG business to assist in the recruitment of a Test Lead on a 2 year FTC for a major programme of works.

Duties;

• Development of test plans, scenarios and test cases via agreed toolset to cover multiple user roles, devices and browsers.
• Maintain and extend the regression test suite.
• Validation of test coverage and content with Business Analysts and Business Experts, applying a risk based approach as and when necessary.
• System testing.
• System Integration Testing.
• User Acceptance Testing.
• Non Functional testing (usability related).
• Regression testing.
• Warranty/post implementation testing.
• Co-ordinate test support from Business Experts and Business Analysts, to ensure they fully understand new functionality and can carry out user acceptance testing effectively.
• Execute automated tests as necessary.

Skills;

• Extensive experience in software testing as well as experience working as a Test Analyst.
• Experience in utilising test tools for the development, management and reporting of tests to support a range of functional and non-functional tests
• Experience of a broad range of testing including System, Integration and End to End Testing covering multiple user roles, devices and browsers via online tools.
• Ability to investigate complex issues and make informed decisions about them when written guidelines are not available.
