TRANSACTIONS FINANCE MANAGER - Due to a transition period, this International organisation based in Manchester is looking for a highly experienced AP/P2P/T&E Manager who is able to lead a team effectively and ensure that all great processes which have been implemented are continued on a daily basis.

Working directly for the FD, and with daily liaising with stakeholders across Europe, you'll be responsible for ensuring the following runs smoothly:

• Guiding a team of P2P/T&E individuals ensuring they have the direction and targets they need

• Assisting in any development needs of the team

• Handling any performance issues alongside a very well established HR team

• Maintaining best practice and excellent process which have been implemented over recent years

• Ensuring that 'AS IS' is maintained, and that current high performance levels are met

• Assisting in making recommendations in relation to continuous improvement

• Providing weekly and monthly MI reports as necessary with commentary

• Building and establishing great relationships with peers in other Finance areas
