A leading global manufacturer is seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst to join their Group tax team initially on a 14 month contract. The company has an outstanding reputation with a global presence in 22 countries and over 100 Manufacturing facilities worldwide.

In the position you will be responsible for the planning implementation and compliance of global transfer pricing. You will establish and roll out optimal intercompany pricing policies, participate in audit defence for both tangible and intangible product transfers, services and debt. You will work collaboratively to minimize the Groups effective tax rate and cash taxes paid doing so by analysing both current and future transfer pricing processes.

Additionally you will stay apprised of global transfer pricing developments and their impact on the Group's structure. You will review, reconcile and analyse intercompany transaction data in support of transfer pricing work streams. Along with the above you will assist with quarter-end and year-end transfer pricing reporting through the preparation of intercompany charge schedules and ensuring compliance with Sox processes.

The successful candidate will come from a Big 4 Top 10 background. You will have experience in international tax with a keen interest in gaining transfer pricing experience. Having a tax qualification and some Industry experience would be an advantage however is not essential.
