Valuations AD, Alternative Asset Manager

This boutique private equity, real estate and credit investor is looking for a Manager, Senior Manager or AD level ACA from the Valuations, Tax Deals or Transaction Services department of a Top 10 firm, to join their Valuations and Transaction Support team.

The team works closely with the Investment Partners to execute and close deals across a range of different asset classes. They are then responsible for the ongoing portfolio monitoring, valuations and asset management of the investments. Each member of the team, 6 strong, has autonomy over their own deals and reports directly into the Director of the team.

This is a broad and commercial position with excellent transaction exposure within a world leading, alternative investment firm. The firm has offices globally and a total head count of circa 400. They have $20bn in AUM and are widely recognized as a competitor to many of the larger firms.

The position offers the chance to join a world leading investment house in a transaction focussed role; from initial due diligence to attending portfolio company board meetings to exit execution. This is a rare opportunity to leverage off a technical skill-set in a deal orientated role. This investment support position is perfect for those currently in a Valuations, Transaction Services, Tax Deals or similar teams, looking for a move into fund management. This will leverage that skill-set well, whilst offering a challenge, in a business that offers fantastic work/life balance and a great working environment.

The ideal candidate, as alluded to, will have at least 7 years total experience, be at least Manager level, and be ACA qualified from when of the aformentioned teams.
