A leading name in the real estate industry is currently in search of an Accounts Assistant to join as soon as possible. This is a part-time role where you will be required to work between 3 to 4 days per week.

You will be responsible for a number of tasks, including but not limited to, processing invoices, staff expenses, payments runs and bank reconciliations of multicurrency accounts. You will also be required to monitor any outstanding invoices and to resolve supplier queries promptly. Other ad hoc duties may be required.

This is a temporary position which will last between 3 to 6 months, but there is potential of extension. Ideally, you will have previous experience of Peoplesoft but this is not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity as the business has recently launched a new project. You will play a key part in managing the purchase ledger, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
