At Marks Sattin we have a reputation for providing our clients with high quality staff. We are growing quickly and we have more vacancies, often exclusive to us, than we have applicants to fill them.
For each and every new relevant applicant you introduce to us, who we then place, we'll reward you with various vouchers (details below). There is no restriction on the number of people you can refer, so submit a referral to claim your reward.
Permanent
- A referred candidate placed in a permanent role under £40k will grant the referrer up to £100 in vouchers (see list below), payable after 3 months completed.
- A referred candidate placed in a permanent role over £40k will grant the referrer up to £250 in vouchers (see list below), payable after 3 months completed.
Temporary/Contract
- A referred part qualified candidate placed in a in a temp/contact role under £200 per day will grant the referrer up to £100 in vouchers from the list below, payable after 3 months.
- A referred part qualified candidate placed in a in a temp/contact role over £200 per day will grant the referrer up to £200 in vouchers from the list below, payable after 3 months.

Terms and conditions
For temporary and contract roles, referral vouchers will be awarded on completion of the contract.
All permanent placements must remain in the role for a period of three months before referral vouchers are awarded.
