ASSISTANT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
We are currently looking for an Assistant Controller for a logistics Multinational in Venlo for their new branch. This is an international organisation that has opened a new branch in the Venlo region to enter the German market. The German and English language are therefore required. As Assistant Controller, you play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Manager and Group FP&A Manager in the monthly closing and reporting. Furthermore, you will work on ad hoc projects and support process/system/control optimisations.
ASSISTANT CONTROLLER - Responsibilities
- Preparation of various reports (e.g. balance sheet, P&L)
- Supporting the monthly closing process
- Supporting (external) auditors
- You work with various stakeholders to deliver daily KPIs and ensure the finance team is aware of positive/negative P&L factors
- Support in budgeting
- Picking up (ad hoc) projects and supporting the Finance Manager in his/her projects
ASSISTANT CONTROLLER - Your profile
- You have between 1 and 4 years of experience in a financial role
- You master the German and English language in word and writing
- A completed Bachelor's degree in finance
ASSISTANT CONTROLLER - What they offer you
