Business Analyst - Credit Lending Product - Private Bank

A well renowned Private Bank is seeking a Business Analyst to join a team to work on a large migration programme. This exciting opportunity is looking to move and launch new credit lending products to the Private Banks new base.

The candidates' responsibilities include:

• Work with Product owners to document current and target proposition, including the supporting system and process functions.
• Assist in, and contribute to, analysis, implement and manage implementation of credit/banking project related activities.
• Assist in the process documentation / product approval process.
• Production of programme and work-stream documentation, including analysis of data and report writing.
• Support co-ordination of work stream delivery, management of dependencies and delivery to plan.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies using prescribed procedures and tools.
• Assist in applying strict change control over the project scope, costs and timescales.

The candidate suitability is determined by the following skills set and experience that are detailed bellow:

• Experience in the Banking and Credit Lending products environment is essential.
• Knowledge of RND propositions preferable
• Knowledge of tax and compliance implication of offshore booking
• Experience across some or all facets of the credit life-cycle, ideally in a Private Banking context.
• Experience in Stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills - including use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Clear, high impact, concise communication to a Management level audience (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, adapting to changing business demands.
• Strong change consulting, analysis & delivery skills (e.g. root cause analysis, options analysis, prioritisation, planning/scheduling, communication, negotiating, facilitation, presentation, and implementation.)
• Well developed inter-personal and influencing skills
• Good organisation, communication and document drafting skills
