Having quadrupled revenues in the last few years alone, my client is a major growth story and highly impressive business, backed by a very supportive parent. They are keen to add to their talented team with a top quartile candidate - one who can be an ACA qualified or a suitably qualified CIMA/ACCA with experience of working in a large/blue chip or branded business. The role sits within the Commercial finance team of this leading business, where you will be required to support a key business area by proactively partnering with the business to drive accountability for financial performance and develop a strategic business agenda, which can drive commercial support to deliver operational plans. The Finance Partner will actively participate in decision-making through the provision of commercial advice and the interpretation and financial analysis of relevant and timely management information to inform rolling forecasts to support the strategic plans of the business. A core activity of the role will be to focus on what are the financial impacts of KPIs and the production of monthly reports. Key responsibilities include Board level monthly packs, production of scorecard detailing key metrics and financial impacts, providing challenge and support to the Operations team, liaison with the Strategy team and providing input into commercial contracts and strategic business cases. To be successful in this role you must have a highly accomplished career history to date (achieved within a blue chip/listed environment) results orientated, possess a creative and commercial approach to business and have a strong internal customer focus.
