Leading cloud based software organisation has an exciting opportunity to join them as Payroll Specialist. you will be a member of the EMEA Finance team whose responsibilities span approximately 22 entities across 19 countries in the Europe, Middle East and African (EMEA) region. This role will require you to cover the following



Provide help and support to the EMEA Payroll Manager in the timely and accurate processing of all EMEA payrolls



Liaise with external payroll bureaus across EMEA



Preparation of monthly payroll bureau submissions



Assisting with the timely and accurate payment of net salaries, payroll taxes and related benefits



Involvement with annual returns and other statutory filings as they relate to payroll, payroll taxes and benefits



Preparation of monthly payroll journals including 13th or 14th month payments, vacation calculations, payments on account and severance



Processing of stock options and restricted stock units & ESPP gains & withholdings (where applicable)



Liaise with EMEA Human Resources, Global Commissions Group and Global Shareholder Services departments to obtain monthly updates to payroll in a timely manner



Recording & accrual of EMEA vacation.



Responding in a timely manner to queries from the payroll bureaus or employees



Involvement in the maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley payroll compliance across EMEA
