Marks Sattin are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join an instantly recognisable brand based in Bradford who due to constant organic growth, has created a need for an Assistant Management Accountant to look after a business unit within the organisation. The company are a household brand name and widely regarded as one of the best employers to work for in the region.

Responsibilities within the role:

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• Sales analysis reports
• GFR freight calculation and posting
• Prepare and post accruals and prepayments
• Reconciliation of weekly wages and wages journal posting
• Preparation and posting of journals to the general ledger
• VAT reconciliations and returns
• Production of various internal/external month end reports
• Balance sheet reconciliations

In order to be considered for the role you must:

• Have previous Management Accounts experience
• Be a Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong Excel skills
• Immediately Available is a preference, though not essential

Salary

• £18,000 - £21,000
