A leading European Investment Bank is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner / Decision Support Analyst. The position will involve liaising with various business areas across the bank, understanding the current situation and generation of MI packs for delivery to senior management to influence key business decisions.



· Delivery of accurate MI and board packs to agreed timelines

· Produce detailed portfolio information to the business and other stakeholders

· In-depth knowledge of the cost base, its drivers, the business direction and therefore add value in customer meetings

· Assistance in the delivery of Budgets and rolling Forecasts

· Providing commentaries on performance

· Improve the quality of the management information

· Liaising with the global controllers to ensure regional MI is captured accurately and consistently

· Work closely with the MI Development & Projects manager to enhance BAU processes and reporting quality

· Constructively challenge function in relation to costs, headcount levels Vs Budget, business plans and growth:

· Understand variances and their drivers

· Implement cost savings initiatives

· Deliver realistic and challenging budgets and forecasts



The ideal candidate for this role will have:



Banking experience

Extensive experience in budgeting and forecasts

Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
