They are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our finance team in a dynamic Finance Business Partner role.

Job Description:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our finance team, working closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making. This role represents a shift away from traditional management accounting responsibilities, focusing instead on driving commercial performance and maximising business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the manufacturing & operational teams to understand business objectives and drivers, providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and variances to budget and forecast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimise financial performance and drive business growth.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending actions to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering value.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role is desirable but not essential.
