A Construction company based in North West London urgently require a Finance Business Partner with Projects experience to cover a 12 month contract. The company are rapidly expanding having won a number of large scale projects since the beginning of the year and therefore need to bring in extra resources to cover the heavy workload. This position will be on a contract position initially but could develop into a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for the Project.
• Timely production of accurate relevant monthly financial information for Project Management and, where relevant, JV partner.
• Preparation/review and analysis of cash forecast
• Monitoring of costs against forecast and budget.
• Ensure accounting system is accurate and up to date with revenue and costs to ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitoring of costs to ensure full cost capture and that only appropriate costs are booked to project.
• Reconciliation of ledgers to be carried out regularly.
• Managing cost clerks and other finance support staff as required on the project.
• Provide year end statutory information to group.

To be considered for this position you must be a fully qualified ACMA (or equivalent) accountant. You must also have relevant Project accounting experience in a similar Industry ie: construction; energy; mining; transport. Excellent communication and Excel skills are also essential.
