Marks Sattin are working a retained assignment with a £400m t/o Services PLC based in West Yorkhire who due to progressive growth are looking for 2 Finance Business Partners to join their Finance Team

Reporting into the Head of Finance for each division the roles offer exceptional experience and exposure to senior management. Key aspects of the roles will include business partnering with senior members of the management team, group reporting, budgeting and forecasting, acquisitions integration and business reviews.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Monthly Reporting: Consolidation, reporting and understanding of divisional results.
• Divisional Finance: Provide divisional accounts teams with the tools required to report into the division efficiently and effectively on a monthly basis providing analytical support as necessary
• Board and senior management reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Analysis: Develop and maintain a variety of flexible, efficient and relevant reports for the UK business
• Business Partnering: Support divisional senior management in delivering results and formulating strategy through relevant insight and challenge
• Financial Control: Help to maintain good financial control and consistent practice across the division

The successful candidate will:

• Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA with industry experience
• Be able to demonstrate good commercial awareness
• Possess very strong analytical skills including advanced Excel skills
• Be confident communicating and presenting to senior management
• Be energetic and proactive
