Marks Sattin are currently working with a global business looking to create a journey filled with growth, balanced flexibility and ultimately improving the business. They are recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager to join and help establish the audit team.

The purpose of the role will be to engage with various stakeholders and take responsibility for assignments to planning reports. Within this role there will be a brilliant chance to work with a great team and to build and develop your role.

The role will include:

• Present agreed audit assignments across the Group that link with the Audit plan
• Work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business, up to the 'Head of' level
• Communicate effectively across a range of levels as well as working on deadlines in time
• Take ownership of planning and execution of audit assignments from start to finish
• Make sensible and realistic audit recommendations in line with the regulatory and commercial requirements of the business
• Evaluating audit findings and preparing comprehensive reports for management
• Working closely with multifunctional teams ensuring effective communication and making sure full delivery of the internal audit plan is executed well

Experience:

• Ideally looking for someone coming from an internal/external audit background
• Experience managing and mentoring junior members of staff is advantageous not essential
• You will carry a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, IIA, CIA
