Overview of Role:

Reporting directly to the European Financial Controller and with a dotted line to the Managing Director. Part of a UK based finance team of 6, responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to the U.S. parent company, internal European management and relevant regulatory authorities.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ownership of the Transformation team deployment schedule to ensure optimisation of resources.
• Organising monthly calls/meetings with senior sales executives and country leads to assess and report on pipeline and prospects.
• Assisting with monthly forecasts and quarterly targets for Hackett Transformation group.
• Assisting with the setting of annual budgets for the Transformation Group.
• Providing project information on an ad hoc basis.
• Review Estimate to Complete on fixed projects to ensure there is no financial exposure.
• Performing monthly review of contracts and project to date revenue.
• Assist with monthly analytical review of P&L for Transformation to ensure accuracy of reports and to ensure a 'no surprises' culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in particular with regards to revenue recognition.
• Preparation of regional reporting
