Project Manager - Compliance - Policy

A well renowned Top Tier Bank is seeking a Project Manager to join a team to work on a Compliance programme, in London.

The candidates' responsibilities include:

• Manage the project through the methodology and successfully deliver the scope with a disciplined approach to change control.
• Understand and expand the work completed for UK policies and their implication.
• Design, Build and Implent the frameworks in order to govern policies on a day to day basis.
• Develop a detailed Work Breakdown Structure and resource plans to deliver scope.
• Manage the delivery of and provide directions to a number of cross-functional work streams within a project, working closely with the relevant business leads and stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Ensures scope, approach, solution design, timelines, costs, and all other key aspects of the project are documented.
• Preparation, review and maintenance of project reports and documentation
• Coordination of workshops with stakeholders.
• Document, manage and monitor business and IT actions
• Assist with preparation of Steering Committee reports.

The candidate suitability is determined by the following skills set and experience that are detailed bellow:

• Management experience within Banking
• Experience working within a Compliance Function is Essential.
• Awareness of Policy Function
• Deep understanding of the Regulatory Landscape and how it comes together.
• Proficient Stakeholder Management.
