Project Manager - Treasury - Operating Model

A Well-Known Bank is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their esteemed organisation. The role will be joining an established team in London working within there Treasury Function.

The candidate responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain strong, close and effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Treasury, Risk and Finance driving and supporting delivery through 3rd party stakeholders
• Work with Group workstreams of Ring fenced Bank programme to co-ordinate and support activities within Treasury, including the maintenance of a project plan and provision of status report.
• Work with Treasury and Ring fencing workstream teams to develop some of the key deliverables needed
• Focus will be on Operating Model workstream but expectation is that individual will have ability to support a wide range of focus groups

The skills set and experience required:

• Experience of having worked in a Treasury environment
• Experienced Project Management within Banking
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with proven ability in engaging and positively influencing Senior Managers and SME's within a complex environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas, proposals, risks, issues and implications to a wide range of business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Strong technical skills relating to Finance and Financial Risk (i.e Capital/Liquidity/Market Risk)
