A distinguished International Travel Business are currently looking for a Senior Management Accountant to take responsibility for their German entity. Applicants must be fluent in German, capable of conducting all business matters in German and English.

Key responsibilities:

• Full ownership of P&Ls.
• Preparing monthly management accounts for relevant trading channels.
• Posting monthly journals including accruals.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Preparation of monthly P&L commentary including variance analysis.
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations as allocated.
• Responsible for posting payroll, reconciliation and liaising with HR over any discrepancies.
• Heavy interaction with international entities and ownership of German account.

Ideal applicants will be/have:

• Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA or Equivalent)
• Excellent communicators in both English and German, comfortable liaising with senior management and non finance staff.
• Able to quickly adjust to company culture and 'hit the ground running'.

This is a contract position, expected to last at least 3 months. Applicants must be immediately available with a view to interview and start ASAP.
