-Responsible for leading projects regarding the development and delivery of aspects of strategy and strategic plan;
-3-10 year strategic planning horizon;
-End state and transition states outline design for each element across a 5 year time horizon;
-1-3 years business planning horizon;
-Requires up-to-date commercial and technical knowledge across full range of financial services market, products and services;
-Role contributes to control of mission-critical business change across all change dimensions (product, pricing, systems, process, channel and people).
-Makes decisions in relation to support provided and services carried out within company guidelines and broader procedures with substantial freedom in deciding on the best approach to deliver required outcomes
This role would be ideally suited to someone with strong strategic thinking and planning skills, who is either ACA or MBA qualified, who is looking to get a foothold in well established blue-chip organisation.
