Main responsibilities will involve:

• Ensure revenue is correctly recorded in the financial statements including supporting evidence as required
• Create and communicate insightful analysis on revenue variances to tight deadlines
• Ensure expenses are correctly recorded in the financial statements along with analysis for variances
• Revenue forecast compilation/analysis and be able to summarise and explain trends and key variances
• Be proactive in reviewing and making recommendations on improvements to processes and analysis
• Support and contribute to team and company strategies and initiatives
• Work with colleagues of all levels in both finance and the business
• Support and actively contribute to process change and standardisation initiatives
• Ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures

Your background is likely to be:

• 2 - 5 years of relevant financial experience preferably within financial services
• Must have strong educational results and studying towards an internationally recognised accountancy or finance qualification
• Must have the ability to communicate fluently to both finance and business colleagues and have the ability to adjust the language depending on the audience
• Excellent financial analysis and analytical skills with a commercial bias. Very well organised and meticulous planning skills. Excellent presentation skills
• Strong IT skills. Must be comfortable using excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
• Time management - ensure that all deadlines are met on time without sacrificing quality of information
