Start your job searchBrand new, challenging and rewarding role for an accounts payable assistant to join a highly regarded business which believes in working with integrity, and putting employees first, giving them a great working environment.
Joining this business, you will be reporting in to the Finance Manager and will have great exposure to all aspects of Accounts Payable. You will also be involved in aspects of Accounts Receivable, alongside assisting with month end duties. You will have a real 'value add' and continuous improvement approach. Your typical day will look as below:
- UK payroll all the way up to gross pay
- Monthly posting of Amazon revenue in subsidiary company, recharge to parent and reconciliation
- MGMT Accounts for above subsid. These are extremely small but still need running and inputting into the consolidated pack
- Liaising with external company for all EU vat submissions (currently 6 countries)
- UK VAT Returns and EC sales submissions
- Weekly US cashflow
- US MGMT Accounts
- US Payroll postings bi - monthly
The person will really take ownership for the US as it starts to build traction.
